Pride in Our Projects

BNB Design has worked with Level Builders on multiple projects of varying scope and complexity, and they have consistently demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and reliability. Their team provides personal attention throughout the project process and maintains clear, proactive communication.

Level Builders takes the time to understand project goals and collaborates closely with the design team to navigate challenges efficiently. Their focus on customer satisfaction and hands-on approach contributes to smooth coordination and successful project delivery. We value our continued working relationship with Level Builders and appreciate their commitment to client-focused execution.

I am a small builder and developer here in the Northland, and I chose to work with Jim and Level Builders on a project significantly larger than any I had taken on previously. I originally became a builder because of frustrations I experienced with past general contractors, so my expectations were high.

It was refreshing to work with a GC that truly had boots on the ground and managed the project with the same level of care and attention I would expect as an owner. I was consistently impressed by the professionalism, care, and concern shown by the entire Level Builders team.

Their communication was excellent, not only keeping me informed on progress, but also being upfront about challenges and clearly outlining their plans to address them. That transparency put me at ease throughout the project.

I highly recommend Jim and Level Builders to anyone looking for a company that will take care of their project with the same care and concern they would themselves.

We had a wonderful experience working with Level Builders, and especially Jim Ecton. Jim truly listened to our requests and ensured our clinic was designed to fit our specific needs. His entire team and subcontractors worked diligently to keep the project on schedule, and communication remained open and consistent throughout the process.

Jim’s commitment to providing top-notch service was evident from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Level Builders to anyone looking for an honest, high-quality builder.

We have had the pleasure of working with Level Builders on multiple projects over the last few years. The unwavering integrity and Construction IQ Jim Ecton has instilled throughout his team at Level Builders is nothing short of extraordinary. The definition of integrity is “Being honest, having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.” I cannot imagine a better description of Jim Ecton and Level Builders, they are honest to owners, developers, architects and subcontractors alike. When a representative of Level Builders tells you a milestone will be completed by a certain day, you can be certain it will. The construction IQ exhibited by Jim and his team during all phases of construction is unparalleled and never compromised as they are highly knowledgeable regarding multiple construction methods. It is rare for a Contractor to exhibit both integrity and such a high degree of knowledge in a day when relationships do not seem to mean as much as they used to in our industry. It is for that reason and with much gratitude for our relationship with Jim Ecton and Level Builders that I write this testimonial.

We have worked with Level Builders and Jim Ecton as a subcontractor since 2011. We started our business in 1999 and are fortunate to be in a position at this point to have the ability to pick and choose who we partner with. Jim and Level Builders are one of those people/companis we choose to collaborate with on projects. They have always treated us fairly and are easy to work with even if issues arise.

“Partnering with Level Builders and owner Jim Ecton has been fantastic for myself and MAC Glass. Jim and his team consistently deliver top-notch craftsmanship and attention to detail, going above and beyond to meet project needs. Their professionalism and expertise have truly impressed us, making every project a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Level Builders, Jim Ecton and the rest of his team for anyone seeking a reliable constr􀀉ction partner”.

We have had the pleasure of working with Level Builders on several and in some cases, complex projects. Level’s field staff, as well as the office, have demonstrated a high degree of understanding the whole construction process and have worked well with our Owners, while respecting the budget and schedule constraints. We look forward to working together on future projects.

I’ve worked with Mr. Ecton and Level Builders on several projects. They are always a pleasure to work with and have great communication and quality workmanship. I would recommend them and look forward to working with them on future projects.

Thanks,

John Neir

What a pleasure it has been working with Level Builders over the course of the last 18 months. I appreciated your focus on my project and your patience. Jim, you are excellent at problem solving and coming up with creative solutions without a lot of drama. I also appreciated your fun attitude and interaction with me and watching you interact with your various teams. A true professional.

We took a very rough old building and created an incredible destination-Airbnb rental unit and fabulous retail location. I’m very proud of the finished product and hope we get a chance to work together again. Feel free to use this email as a reference or my name for anyone considering using your services.
